Accommodation Details:
We are pleased to be able to offer low-cost short-term accommodation alongside this job opportunity.
Our home includes a front “wing”, consisting of 3 bedrooms and a large master bathroom, on the upper floors of the old farmhouse. It has it’s own entrance and can be closed from the other areas of the house for added privacy. We maintain one bedroom in this section of the house for storage.
We are able to provide some furnishings if desired.
The kitchen, living room, and dining room on the main floor are spaces shared with us, as is the large yard, firepit and patio.
We have a two-year old child, as well as a farm-dog and house-cat.
Our hope is that for the right candidate, the opportunity to both live and work on our farm will support your personal hopes, wellbeing, and passion for small-scale ecological farming. Though we are presently only offering this space as a short-term rental for the duration of the season, we look forward to building relationships that may eventually include longer-term plans and partnerships.
