We're excited to partner with Sunshine Farms in Brussels, ON to offer a mushroom share this year! Sign up for 1/2lb of fresh, local, organic mushrooms weekly or bi-weekly for 5 months from mid-June to the end of October. Mushroom shares will feature 7-8 different varieties of specialty mushrooms over the course of the season, including black oyster, blue oyster, golden oyster, white elm oyster, pink oyster, king oyster, lion’s mane, and chestnut mushrooms.
